  Normally, I have a standard to decent experience at this location. However, today I ordered a venti cold brew with a shot and a tall cafe au lait. Nothing complicated, very straight forward. Cold brew came out as a tall. Fine, probably should cut back on the caffeine anyway. The other drink? Not so fine. I was handed a grande beverage, and was told: "Now this drink is actually called a cafe miso, and I suggest not ordering that next time 'cause it's made with cream." Not even close to what I ordered. I had to get back to my wife and didn't have time to deal with it, but I probably won't go back after that experience.

  In all my life I've never had a bad experience at ANY Starbucks with customer service until this Starbucks. I wanted to be so excited about it, because the avenue has needed one for awhile, but now I will make the extra trip to get my coffee elsewhere because the staff is so horribly rude. I've been to this location about 10 times, hoping that maybe once the service would change... But it didn't. I'm not sure who trains the employees at this location but it's the only location I've ever experience terrible service at. So disappointing. Would give 0 stars for the service if I could.

  The employees at this Starbucks location are great! I spend a lot of time here doing homework, reading, etc. and it's typically quieter than some of the other locations in Murfreesboro. It's always pretty clean, as well.
