  I placed an order online and was told 55 minute delivery time. After an hour of no pizza I called the restaurant to inquire about my order and was told it was sitting there waiting for delivery. I got hung up on and when I called back got no answer. They told me they got backed up and it's an hour and half delivery time and nothing they can do. Now I'm sitting here an hour and half later and still have no pizza. I know it's sitting in the warmer and who knows how long it has been sitting there. When it is delivered I only hope it is hot and FRESH pizza and wings or I will be writing another review.

  So the delivery guy forgot the garlic bites and said he'd come back and I was ok with that. He was very polite and apologized. Honest mistake. When I called the manager because after I also found out my pizza was also the wrong one he tried to get me to accept store credit instead of getting my order correct and told me it would take a hour and a half. Never apologized or anything. Turns out the delivery guy was back within 20 minutes with my correct order. I am upset with the way I was treated by the manager as the customer. He sounded like he didn't want to deal with me. I clearly wanted the food or I wouldn't have ordered it! Get it together pizza hut! I usually don't complain but this took the cake.
