He worked on it for a few minutes and reported back that we could just score the game as if it was working bc he couldn't fix it. The place was packed (typical Friday) so we couldn't switch lanes. The bad: I don't appreciate how they didn't fix the situation and were indifferent to our experience. The good: when asked, they did refund our second game and gave us vouchers for a different day. I chose this place to go to based on the suggestion of a friend. I will not return based primarily on the way the employees handled the situation. It's rather dated as well...the graphics say copyright 1994-1995...May 07, 2017
