  I took my 3lb Morkie to be groomed here for the first time yesterday. Upon arriving, I had a good first impression. I liked the idea of cage free and the fact that they assessed the dogs before allowing them to stay. I dropped her off at 10:30 and was called to pick her up at 12:30. Once I got there, I was immediately asked to pay for services. I paid $65 plus a $5 tip. Then they brought my dog out and informed me that another dog had bitten her while there. She has a small would on her left side that the groomer cleaned up and put liquid bandaid on. After getting over that shock, next I see that the haircut is sloppy, choppy and uneven. The hair on her ears it 2 different lengths. The hair on her tail is uneven. The hair on her body is choppy looking. For $70 I would have expected a better job and for my dog to not have been bitten. I entrusted the care of my dog to them and they failed on both fronts. The groomer specifically told me that my dog was so well behaved during her grooming that she would have thought she had been being groomed for 18 years, so the bad haircut can not be blamed on the dog. Will not be returning. Is it normal business practice to take peoples money before showing them their dog and telling them their dog has been bitten?

  Very nice and clean facility! My pug loves it! I am always nervous with leaving my baby anywhere but she was safe and came home in one piece! Thanks Doggies Day Out!

  I started taking my puppy here about three months ago for Doggie Day Care and he absolutely LOVES it!! All I have to say is " doggie day care" and his ears perk up and he starts crying and runs to the door ready to hop in the car and go. My puppy is very timid and shy but I have never had an issue with him coming home scared or hurt. The staff is very friendly and he is exhausted when I pick him up. I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else!
